Keep meat at its best, fresh meat prepackaged for self-service should be stored, unopened, in the refrigerator in the original wrapping not to exceed 2 days (large cuts-roasts,pot-roasts 3-4 days) If it is wrapped in our 100 gauge freezer film it may be placed and stored in a freezer for up to 6-9 months. All of our already frozen meat products are wrapped in this 100 gauge freezer film.

- for top quality, use within 2-3 days of purchase.
- Ground meats and variety meats should be used in 24 hours.
