Smoked Queso Dip

Looking for a way to spice up your cookout?! This smoked queso will have all of your guests asking for more! Perfect for any gathering or game day party!



9x13 Disposable Foil Pan

1 lb. Winner's Ground Sausage

1 (10.5oz) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 cans of Rotel (any flavor of your liking)

4 tbs. of Your Favorite Pork Rub (We recommend Winners Country Store Premium Blend BBQ Seasoning)

4 oz. of Gouda Cheese - Cubed

32 oz. Box of Velveeta Cheese - Cubed


1. Heat your grill or smoker to about 350 degrees

2. Once your grill or smoker is warm add your pan and put it over indirect heat.

3. After about 15 minutes stir the Queso with a wooden spoon. Continue to stir every 15 minutes for about an hour OR until your cheese is completely melted.

4. Once done, remove from your grill / smoker, garnish with cilantro and diced tomato (optional), and serve with your favorite tortilla chips and salsa! Enjoy!
