Shipping costs vary based on location and size of the order. Typical shipping costs are around $25.00.
We ship all of our orders in a Styrofoam cooler box packed with ice packs and dry ice. The dry ice usually sublimates during the shipping process, so you may not be able to see any dry ice in the box upon arrival. We currently ship everything through UPS.
No, we do not require signing, as that could delay the package by a couple of days if the delivery driver misses you on delivery.

"We believe the steaks were “select” not “choice”. All four were different thickness, so they were challenging to grill at the same time for our family. A bit tough. The tenderloins were very good. But again, different thickness, but two were easier to grill. My wife loved hers. Hamburgers were ok, I would like to buy thicker burgers next time. My wife loved the summer sausage. I will buy again when we visit our relatives in Mercer County."
